Note:
- After 15 minutes at 20°C, the base coat may be masked and sprayed with another color or varnish
- If the one-component primer mq-1k to be sprayed is placed for more than 48 hours before construction, 10%metal paint thinner shall be added to the base paint
- If there is contamination that can form small holes, it is recommended to spray only a thin layer and extend the usual flash dry time between the coatings.
- The newly opened tinned masterbatch should be stirred for 20 minutes on the color mixing machine or placed on the paint oscillator for 10 minutes before use.
- It should be noted that MQ-1K series of one-component primer can be further diluted with more than 10% metal paint thinner when used in low temperature or low pressure environment. This helps to simplify theconstruction and accelerate the volatilization time.
- Dust particles can be eliminated by wet grinding with P1000 sandpaper at 20C for 20 minutes.
