Construction Process

  • Complete rust removal, anti-corrosion and dedusting of steel structure substrate;
  • Mainly constructed by mechanical spraying in layers with a single thickness of 3- 5 mm;
  • Re-spray every 24 hours until reaching the designed thickness;
  • Avoid impact and water contact during the curing period

Storage & Shelf Life

  • Store sealed in a dry and ventilated warehouse, moisture-proof and rain-proof, prohibit caking;
  • Store at normal temperature;
  • Unopened shelf life: 12 months.
