BD 119 Water-based Cementitious Crystalline Waterproof Coating is a high-performance structural waterproofing system engineered for residential, commercial, and industrial wet-area applications. Formulated with premium cement, selected advanced quartz sand, and unique high-molecular polymers paired with a specialized polymer emulsion, it cures to form an integrated, water-impermeable structure with the substrate.
By generating an active dendritic crystalline layer deep within concrete and masonry pores, BD 119 delivers exceptional hydrostatic pressure resistance and dynamic moisture sealing. It is ideal for critical concealed waterproofing projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, balconies, swimming pools, basements, and precast building structures.

Storage & Shelf Life
- Store sealed in a cool and dry place;
- Keep away from fire and acid-base media;
- Store above 5℃;
- Prohibit freezing;
- Unopened shelf life: 6 months.
Construction Process
- Keep the substrate flat, solid, clean, and wet without water accumulation;
- Stir evenly according to the ratio, stand for 3 minutes and stir again;
- Apply two cross coats evenly without missing areas;
- Cure for 24 h at normal temperature;
- Extend curing time in a humid environment.
