BD 339 High-Performance Non-Intumescent Fire Retardant Coating for Steel Structures is a robust, heavy-duty passive fire protection coating engineered for indoor and outdoor structural steel applications. Formulated with lightweight inorganic insulating aggregates and high-strength binders, it provides a stable, non-expanding thermal shield that prevents temperature escalation in load-bearing steel components during structural fires.
Specially developed for industrial plants, petrochemical facilities, high-rise commercial complexes, and public infrastructure tenders, BD 339 offers flexible fire-resistance ratings from 1.5 to 3.0 hours or higher across application thicknesses ranging from 22mm to 39mm. It combines exceptional fire endurance with high structural stability, weather durability, and environmental safety.

Construction Process
- Complete rust removal,anti-corrosion and dedusting of steel structure substrate;
- Mainly construct by mechanical spraying in layers with single thickness of 3-5mm;
- Re-spray every 24 hours until reaching the designed thickness;
- Avoid impact and water contact during curing period.
Storage & Shelf Life
- Store sealed in dry and ventilated warehouse, moisture-proof and rain-proof, prohibit caking;
- Store at normal temperature;
- Unopened shelf life:12 months.
