BD 219 High-Efficiency Aerogel Thermal Insulation Mid-Coat is a functional intermediate coating engineered to serve as the high-performance thermal barrier core in multi-layer architectural and industrial coating systems. Formulated with an advanced multi-nano composite matrix—incorporating high-purity aerogel, nano-hollow glass microspheres, hollow ceramic powder, and hollow fibers—it achieves an exceptionally low thermal conductivity of 0.004 W/m·K or lower along with high thermal resistance.
By effectively blocking heat conduction and thermal loss, BD 219 delivers superior insulation performance even in thin-layer applications. It helps project developers and engineers satisfy stringent building energy conservation standards while providing a high-adhesion, high-build foundation for topcoat finishes.

Construction Process
- Construct after the primer is fully dried with a dust-free and oil-free substrate;
- Stir evenly and apply two thin coats for full coverage;
- Interval more than 4 hours;
- Polish flat after full drying before top coat construction.

- Store sealed in a cool and dry place;
- Avoid high temperatures and freezing environments;
- Keep away from acid and alkali chemicals;
