BD 4000 High-Elasticity Red Rubber Waterproof Roof Coating is a premium, water-based elastomeric liquid membrane engineered for durable, seamless waterproofing across flat, sloped, and metal roofing systems. Formulated with advanced synthetic rubber polymers and anti-aging additives, it cures into a continuous, highly flexible rubberized shield that seals active leaks and prevents long-term moisture ingress.

Scope of Application
Suitable for building concrete roofs, cement mortar roofs, terraces, balconies, gutters and parapet walls; color steel tile metal roofs, old coil roof renovation and tiled roof repair.
Adaptable to open-air exposed waterproof conditions and long-term sun & rain environments, it effectively solves roof cracking and seepage, flashing leakage and connection hidden dangers of new and old waterproof layers.
Construction Process
- Substrate treatment: remove dust, oil, loose peeling layers and ponding on the roof; repair cracks and holes to ensure a solid, dry and clean substrate;
- Material stirring: construct with original liquid without water dilution, stir evenly before use;
- Construction method: apply by brushing, roller coating or spraying with 2-3 cross thin coats. The dry film thickness of conventional roofs ≥1.5mm, and 1.5-2.0mm for long-term exposed roofs;
- Curing requirement: 4-6h interval between each coat at normal temperature, and put into use after more than 24h full curing; extend curing time in low-temperature and humid environment.

Storage & Shelf Life
Seal and store in cool, dry and ventilated warehouse at 5℃-35℃. Avoid freezing, direct sunlight and high temperature, keep away from fire sources and acid-base corrosive media. Unopened shelf life: 12 months.
Notes
Construct at ambient temperature above 5℃ and humidity ≤85%; prohibit construction in rainy, snowy, windy and dusty weather or on wet and ponding substrates; avoid rain, treading and water immersion before full curing; prevent contact with oily solvents, strong acids and alkalis during storage and construction.
